Trying to complete a refund and nobody wants to help or has a clue, wasted an hour of my time and made too look like a criminal in-store! Won't be shopping with them again ever! She was I guess the store manager at Fisketorvet, with no politeness, no manners, no common sense. I bought a jacket today where the price was supposed to be 549 kr but mistakenly the cashier asked 699 kr from me. Just after 15 min I went back and asked them, they took 150 kr more from me. The lady says she will not return that 150 kr back once you buy, you buy it, in very rude tone. I asked if the price tag is 549, for what reason should I pay 150 extra for no reason? She says we can do nothing. Then I have to return the cloth and get my all money back. The store manager in Fields has the WORST attitude towards customers, the worst service I have ever experienced and on top of that: runs away from conversations that does not appeal her. She or any in the store does not know The Sales of Goods Act Dansk Købelov - and does not obey the rules. They are foreigners who think that Zara is working under Spanish rules in Denmark. I will never visit this store and ensure that any in my network steps inside the store either.
